Dino

Fletcher has a squeaky toy Dinosaur named Dino. It's his very first plush squeaky toy and he plays very gently with it. During the time he spent on the street, as a puppy, he obviously had no toys. When he was being trained by the inmate at the work camp, toys weren't allowed because they didn't want the dogs to 'fight' over them. When we adopted him, we never thought to give him a plush toy, figuring that he would tear it up. We just gave him tug toys and chew toys and bones. Well...someone in our neighborhood put a bag of dog toys out by the curb for others to take, so I picked up a few. They were recently washed and were in good condition. I gave one to each of our dogs. A little squeaky toy for Maica, which she now sleeps with, Dino for Fletcher and a fuzzy 'Purple Gorilla' for Tara, who could absolutely care less. Now I guess I'll be on the lookout for additional squeaky toys for Maica and Fletch!
