Melting snow

I bought my fish at the market and then went for a walk in the warm sunshine. The snow is now melting fast off Canigou and everywhere spring is well established. I drove over to the next valley to visit a couple who have just moved. The removers did not pack their long case clock correctly but fortunately it was not damaged. I re-assembled parts of it and got it going. I think it will be fine now. I still don’t feel 100% after the second vaccination which is a little strange as I expected the second one to produce less of a reaction. I pottered about and spread some more salt in the courtyard in my constant battle to keep the weeds down when we are away.
