Morning in the Office

Working only half a day yesterday meant that I had to work a few hours today to make up for it.

The cats woke me at seven o'clock anyway, so I  finished the morning chores early and worked until half past one. Then I tackled a grocery shopping trip and the rest of the chores, and was finally happy to take a break in the lovely sunshine.
Which was exactly when the Saturday concert for power cleaners, lawnmower, strimmer and hoover started in the neighbourhood. I really need to work on my timing.
