Solidarity

In Glasgow today to meet with my successor at work.

For one reason or another they didn't replace my post when I left last June and A was appointed and took up her position in January.

We hit it off and chatted as if we had known each other for ages. It is a time of great transition for her and her new staff. I wish them all the very best-as I have often said, it is the best place I have ever worked. People believe in what they are doing, execute their responsibilioties with a passion, and incorporate their values into everyday work.
What more can you ask?
Something tells me that Hugo Chavez had some of that going on-and solidarity for his people, which is why they mourn his passing so much.
