Life is simple but only if you understand what life is and what you are.

Alas, many people don't understand what life and they are about. So they struggle blindly through life being hurt and hurting other, feeling confused and frightened but not knowing why. Because they don't understand themselves, they cannot change, and indeed , they believe that they cannot change. They think that life is just as they see it.

Yet, all we need to know to understand life and ourselves is very simple.
It's something that everyone knows, but not everyone knows that they know it.
