Clianthus

Seed pods on my Clianthus (kaka beak), the beautiful spring flowering shrub/small tree with the distinctive red beak-like flowers.

Clianthus have a short life, around 5 years. It's time that I started to save my seeds and see if I can grow some. Not today, catching the bus into work 3 days in a row has left me on the edge of dizzy. It's ok if I don't move my head, but that's quite hard to do.

Today's gratitude: For timely contact from my concussion physio. He's had more time approved to work with me to help with my vestibular system and neck strength.
