Sweet potatoes fries

This sign was over our table where we had lunch today. We ventured up to Greencastle PA today in order for me to have sweet potato fries. We haven’t been there since sometime in 2019. There used to be a restaurant in Shepherdstown WV that served sweet potato fries but they been closed since the pandemic started.  I guess I should learn how to make my own sweet potato fries but don’t you think some things taste better when someone else cooks them?
