Can I come in?

I watched this young ginger cat in the garden this morning. He was well tolerated by Mittens, who was also about and who normally is a bit territorial. He seems a friendly young cat, but I wish people would put collars on their pets. He is probably chipped , but I always think it a good sign if they have a collar as well, as a visible sign that they are not strays.
