Off me trolley !!!

Went to Supermarket.Bought more plants.
Called at Chemists for advice.I was given some gel to rub on aching hand and arm. It hasn't worked miracles but certainly eased it a bit.
I'll see how it goes before seeking further advice.
I've spent less time on my tablet !!!
