Sparring…

…………………..……Partners



These two monarch caterpillars were quite entertaining as they sparred with each other - perhaps it was sibling rivalry as they didn’t want to share these juicy leaves.

With no shortage of leaves on the swan plant bush I don’t understand why they were both at the top of this stem!

Later I checked and they had moved on and were well apart on different branches so peace reined once again.
