Oasis...

...in the asphalt desert. Lovely, sunny, peaceful, birds singing as the kids paddled and played... a little hiatus in everyone’s “schedules”. And a bit of enjoyment of the ‘earth’ on Earth Day. I like spontaneity... and met our neighbour who had been out for ages because her baby only sleeps if she walks him (he got used to pushchair naps during her daily lockdown walk) - so we walked back with her - a good chance to chat for a bit longer than the usual snatched exchanges when we both happen to be on our front driveway at the same time.
