A walk into the city for the weekly market (see extra of the riverbank on the way in). Couldn’t resist the cheese stall especially from these lovely people. Who doesn’t love a bit of cheese?
So we’re trying the Yorkshire Fettle, described as “a distinctively creamy cheese combining a soft, slightly crumbly texture with a sweet piquant flavour.”
Yorkshire's version of Feta.
