The promise of Summer

I just love my garden at this time of year. Things that have been hidden all winter are now pushing their way up through the soil to explode with colour in a few weeks’ time. I love the acid green of the ferns, the soft cream tinged with pink of the pieris and the delicate blue flowers of the brunnera.
There is so much to come out. Isn’t nature wonderful.
