Pre work cycle;

WFH; 

Post migraine befuddlement continues; I went to Morrison's at lunchtime; forgot the bike lock; came back, with the bike lock and then realised I'd left the vouchers I wanted to spend at home....

Diabetes call meant an early finish; Alex is due to get an insulin pump at the start of June; so there was a pre match press conference going through the finer points. I'm not keen on the 3 hourly checks through the night for the first week, mind....

Then off to dine with Her; she came out to meet me at Roseburn and we cycled back; walked a bit through the Meadows before dinner and I was treated to a pork vindaloo from a recipe from This Morning Britain. 

I took a load of wood home with me from the dismantled bed; I'll be sure to enrage the Wardie Bay locals with a beach fire in the not too distant future...
