Yellowhammer

This little guy was caught on the Cooriedog walk and there seems to be a healthy number of others around.  Spent much of the day patching up bits of the grass with seed.  The days are warm and sunny just now, suggesting seed should be planted.  The nights are cold and often frosty suggesting seed should not be planted.  Oh well, I can always reseed again if it doesn't work out and the birds have an extra food supply.
