Wide Wednesday - In the centre

A lovely catch-up this sunny morning with my friend June whom I hadn't seen since last autumn. On the table, in the centre, is a little vase of flowers from her garden - such a thoughtful touch :-)

June lost her husband, Laurie, to kidney cancer last summer, so, with the added stress of the pandemic and lockdown, she has found the last year very difficult. 

I'm hoping, as we start to emerge from lockdown and having had her second vaccination, that she can start to see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel...
