Amalanchier

It's difficult to get a good photo of the amalanchier, as the background of the native hedge is very cluttered, but I thought its generous covering of flowers deserved to be on record.

We did an alternative Pilates class today (my abdominal muscles have only just recovered from the one we did last Friday!) which was much more gentle - possibly not really quite challenging enough.  But since I then cycled for 45 minutes on the static bike, and did 18km, I don't think I can be considered to have shirked.

And this afternoon, I've made a couple more ornaments for the advent calendar.
