Had to be a ride along the prom this aft...

...oh I do like to be beside the seaside...
Just popped along to the Spanish City for a gentle gilly on the bikes - coffee and cake at Valerie's in the sun when we got there ;) 
Roy in the centre of things on our ride, and in extras the castle at Tynemouth and the breakwater at Cullecoats.
