Gums Felled

I felt really sad today to see four huge gum trees felled on the road that goes through the middle of our town. Plenty of lower trees left, flowering ones etc but these were the only tall ones. The council had their reasons no doubt but I for one will miss them. Incredible to watch the Arborist ( I think thats what he is called) a man trained in England bring them down limb by limb. 
Sorry I am behind with commenting but will catch up. Seems to be so much else to do and have sleot in the lastr two mornings not waking at my usual 5am
