Motivation

Struggling at the moment to get myself out to do basic big shop. Hate shopping anytime but feeling a bit down about it all. High anxiety makes everything more of a challenge.

As it was raining this afternoon, had my tea a bit earlier then went out for a walk around Cammo Estate & down the river. Was eerie quiet of people probably because kids back to school & dinner tea times changed & the rain means usually only see few dog walkies, cyclists & a jogger.

Nipped into the Scotmid on the way home to get a few bits & bobs, then forgot the milk needed, argh!

Forgot seed for the Robins enroute, but they still come down to sing 'hello'.
