Journalling

This is my beautiful embroidered journal that I used to keep track of my dreams and goals and self improvement.

I’m starting a course on Thursday so today I read through all the literature and ordered some accompanying books to go with it.

We haven’t been anywhere for so long and Max hasn’t even had a night away since last January so today I decided to bite the bullet and I’ve booked us two nights away next week on a houseboat on the river Adur in Shoram by Sea, hurrah! I’ve also booked our train tickets.

I wrote and recorded lots of backing vocals on a track I’m working on with a friend in the states.

I caught up with my friend Beverley Skeete on the phone.

Went for a lovely walk with Max.
