Raucous

It was great to be back in school today with the children. They were all excited to be back too.
This afternoon the fire alarm went off so that caused a commotion. Someone ‘lent ‘ on it apparently... A fire alarm is always unsettling so I cut my losses and let the children play after that and they had such fun just chatting and playing with each other. J, who gets very upset when the alarm goes off constructed this very tall tower and was very chuffed with it.
At the end of the day my year group colleagues summed up our day as ‘raucous’
By 3.30 my step count had reached over 7000!
