Lunch with my sister and Incredibish.
Poor Incredibish, he has been in the wars recently - he's had a tooth removed by an aggressive dentist (the worst sort). As a result he has been on a heavy dose of paracetamol to help with the pain. Janet my sister, whilst initially very supportive, may possibly have become less supportive with time. I'm only suggesting that this might be a slight possibility. Definitely no more than that. But certainly, by this point of the afternoon, Mark was being supportive of her, while being galloped up the lawn.
On the other hand, Janet recently had a kidney function result demonstrating that all is well with her transplanted organ, and as a result is full of the joys of Spring. I can't describe to you what a joy it is to see that joie de vivre.
So, all in all, the least I could do was offer to help Mark with the painkillers. As you can see from the extra (which is in colour) - I may have made some liquid analgesic available. In the circumstances, with everything else that a he has to put up with, it seemed that providing a rosy glow was the least that I could do.
