Nobody going abput today

Went through to Stromness to catch the boat across to Hoy - was informed in the chemists that the boat wouldn't be going (low water and south east wind). The only body I met on the streets told me our committee meeting would be at me hoose and was starting in 20 minutes. Therefore little time to grab, a drab, blip.
