Daffs in the mist
It's deep, dense, dark fog this morning.
When I went out - at 11.15 - to post a letter, my hair was soaked from the swirling stuff.
These are some of the daffodils in the churchyard of the now demolished St Matthew's Chapel. They are apparently a very rare, early flowering variety that the council don't respect - according to a local who was incensed that they had all been mowed down a few years ago !
This year, there are lots of them and many of them are already in flower.
