Morning light

The nearby field with the sheep in was looking lovely this morning at 8 o'clock. My two youngest daughters went back to school full time today, so they had to be up bright and early. This was their first 'normal' day of school since the Christmas holidays. They seemed quite pleased to be going, although they're not looking forward to the assessments that will be taking the place of exams. They sound pretty much like exams themselves, except the students aren't being given as much time to prepare for these!
