Still Waters

Today I wore sandals and a sun hat and no coat! That was quite a change. I managed nearly two miles walking, although some of that was just wandering round the duck pond taking masses of photos. There was hardly any wind, and it was lovely in the woods.

I also had a clarinet lesson and my teacher said the clarinet seems fine for me and it's a case of getting used to it. One less thing to fret about; now I just need the music shop to tell me what they're going to do about the part that needs adjusting.

I had a small glass of wine with dinner which has relieved the stiffness from too much walking. A fitting end to a fine day.
