Not a Dandelion

It has yellow flowers, gorgeous seedheads and is spreading.  But it is not a dandelion.  One day, I'll find out what it is.  Hopefully before it takes over the garden.  Garden jobs are piling up and that is a good thing.  Some rain would be nice.  And fewer frosts.
