Potting On

Potted on the cosmos & echinacea flower seeds, the basil and chilli.  Now to see how many survive!  

Did this morning's run in my shorts again (and a top!).   First day of setting a max heart rate alert on my garmin.  A lot of beeping - could be a long 3 month trial!
