That's what I call coffee crema

One of the many good things about being home is that I can make my own coffee. The insipid brown liquid they serve in the hotel reminds me of a line form Douglas Adams, "almost quiet, but not entirely, unlike coffee".

A good strong cup of cafe crema is an excellent start to any day.
