The Blue Hour....

I love this time of the day.... the blue hour that precedes dawn proper. The eastern sky is about to put on a light show. Maisie and I were out well before daylight. Walking is good for me. Maisie doesn’t walk.... she runs very fast along the river berms chasing rabbits.
I’ve had to lay low all day.... alternating McKenzie Institute exercises for back pain and lying flat with a warm wheat sack under my back. Such a nuisance as I had lots of plans for the day including my computing class at KITE. (The Koru Institute of Technology and Education) Never mind... tomorrow will be a better day...
