There's that Cat in the Hat
He's been following me
All the way down town
To the new library

I sat down in my seat
To read a big book
I looked and he was there
At the next table in a little kid's chair

What are you doing?
I said to him
He didn't answer
Just gave a sly grin

I looked at his book
Scrambled Eggs Super!
He said I could have it
With green eggs for my supper
