A Promise Of The Warmer Days Of Summer

A really busy week at work so far and this morning the official notification has been sent about my new job which formally started 1st April. I had been informally doing a bit of both my old and new job since February but now I am in the final stages of handing over my old job to my successor and saying goodbye to my old teammates.

My new role is with the same company but in the European marketing team and the area I will be responsible for will mean some serious swatting up on my degree subject (microbiology)! I will be mainly home based, so not so many industrial blips in future I am afraid. It’s so exciting to have a new challenge and I am really looking forward to (and pretty terrified of) getting my teeth into it!

On my daily dog walk, it’s so nice to see that spring is really in the air with a promise of the warmer days of summer!
