A broken Egg

We walked down to the local woods today to see how the bluebells are progressing. They still look very stunted at the moment with only a few flowers showing. Plenty of celandines (see extra) and this broken egg shell on the path. I think it is probably a Dunnock (hedge sparrow) egg, perhaps stolen from the nest by a magpie or a crow.
