The Past Revealed
3-5 Hope Street, Edinburgh was formerly part of the House of Fraser Building and appropriately branded. Following the redevelopment of the site the former signage of The Royal Bank of Scotland is now revealed - The building was designed for the Bank by Sydney H Miller in1930 and although converted in the 1980's to modern retail use remains of telling hall survived, including 4 massive columns and compartmented ceiling.
