I’m still amazed how flour and water glue can be turned into bread!

Also used some of the discard to make chocolate brownies ( my extra ) which turned out to be a heart attack on a plate! I’ll probably use the recipe again, but will halve the chocolate content ( yes, I know that sounds wrong, but really, these are the most filling brownies I’ve ever made! ). We really needed the acidic strawberries to cut through very full bodied chocolateyness!
