Glencoe 1964
In March 1964 I was hitch-hiking from Old Kilpatrick through Glencoe on the way to Fort William. The driver of a Glasgow United Co-op Baking lorry, Thames Trader Number 52, picked me up and we stopped off at a tea bar for a sarny and a drink.
I've changed the driver so that I could used my new model which I painted this morning.
The lorry was rebuilt and repainted a few years ago from one I had in a collection. The background print is one I took when skiing at White Corries a few years later, 1969 I think. (I was driving a Vauxhall Viva mk1).
