GREAT EXPECTATIONS

Been offered about 15 house swaps over the last month but all in bad areas or flats.

Got another today... But I like this one.

I'ts in an area I know well and also backs onto countryside, which would be great for Kade and Dexter.

So the people from that house came and seen my place earlier tonight.

Said they loved my place and wanted to go ahead with the swap (gulp).

They are coming back in the morning to see what my area is like during the day.

Then I will go and view their house.

Excited :)
