"Tropicana"

-a lily in the canna family

a few months ago, I planted 2 clumps of these in pots (on the screened-in deck) -one is yellow flowers with yellow and green leaves, this is the orange flower with red and green leaves. They're about 4 foot high stalks now and the buds are in groups at the top. 2 blossoms are open here, and 1 bud starting.

I finally back-blipped the latest camping trip, and some others- please have a look-see :-)
