Interesting wisps of cloud in the sky this evening - like strands of sugar being stretched through the air by the cold wind.

A glorious sunny day. I breakfasted in the garden for the first time this year, looking out at the oak tree and listening to the blue tits and long tailed tits chattering away to each other.

This afternoon I attended my massage training course. It was the first time we’ve been able to meet since October. There were just five of us together, wearing all our PPE. Great to get some face to face tuition and to practice on a new body. I have so much to learn. It feels as much art as science.
