Swimming, afternoon tea and floor

I didnt feel like swimming, but I made myself go and I was glad I did. The water was colder than last week (9 degrees today, it was 10.4 last week) but it was a beautiful sunny morning. I did 2 laps of the 200m loop which was twice as far as I managed last week. I was happy with that.

Meanwhile John made a start on the downstairs flooring, it looks really good and he is really enjoying doing it.

Then this afternoon I went to Bistro 19 with the girls for afternoon tea which was lovely.
