Drinking Well

A text from friends Nigel and Mireia asking if we fancied meeting up for an aperitif took care of our lunchtime. Lovely to see them and catch up on a terrace near our house. Then a walk before watching the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral on the BBC. It was so sad to see the Queen looking so alone. Bb did the weekly food shopping before our second, longer walk, which got us home just in the 10pm curfew.

My blip's one of the many interesting drinking wells in the city. This one's on Avenida Diagonal near Enrique Granados. You can still see people collecting water from them to use at home.
