The good life

Stunning weather. Clear blue sky. Wall to wall sun. One minor thing, only 10-11C.

Visited the goats with our tit-bits. Too nice to go straight home, so had a cider by the Cumberland Hotel’s pool. Most tables occupied. Then back to Prince Philips farewell.

Pity it can’t always be like this. No yobs, rowdy holiday-makers. But of course we need tourism.

Both completely fine after yesterday’s jabs. That’s a relief.

Watching Mr Bean in ‘Bean’. Very funny so far. (And that’s something from someone - me - without a sense of humour).

Blip is of the Cumberland’s pool. Calming. David Hockney would appreciate it.
