Books

World Book day. I think I could put up with almost anything, as long as I had some books. I can remember reading Reach for the Sky (Douglas Bader's autobiography) under the covers when I was about 10, until 3 in the morning. I still read far too late into the night most nights. I don't have a kindle, although I have got some books on my laptop, which is OK, but not like the real thing. I keep having to build more book shelves.

Apart from the motley collection of books, I like the way the little picture of my Dad as a viking stands out in the bottom corner. I never even noticed it was there when I was taking the picture. He liked books a lot too.
