A reflective day

An emotional day today, especially watching the funeral of The Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon - my heart just went out to the Queen for her loss. But the service and ceremony was perfection - as always with the Royal Family.

And a quiet day of gardening and reading for me.  Got more seeds sown in the sunshine this morning, as well as seedlings potted on and it was lovely having lots of birds around singing.  There was even a couple of small white butterflies about this afternoon - none saw fit to pose for me though.  We have a few camellias in the garden and they're in pots and haven't flowered as well this year so might be in need of planting in the garden elsewhere. Something else to plan!
