Potatoes planted

The gov decided to risk planting potatoes today, assuming the frosts will have gone by the time they break the surface. I helped by writing the labels.
Lots of plants are just standing still, partially open leaf buds and shoots that aren’t getting any longer. 4 weeks now since any decent rain and 3 weeks of morning frosts.
