The Granites

2 weeks of very similar evening dog walks is getting a bit repetitive, despite the different routes over the same ground. So we headed off in the car tonight to the Moorfoots behind us, specifically The Granites which give amazing views from the south west (Lanarkshire) to the north east (Fife). This is a massive quarry that is currently going through planning permissions for a rocket engine testing facility.

Wait, what? No seriously, SPACE ROCKET ENGINE TESTING!
