Solitary

Another lovely day, though with a bit more cloud later on.
More breadmaking (we eat a lot!), some shopping. some lunch handing-out, a run with friends and some gardening.
I ordered some vegetable cages to try and save my crops from pigeons, blackbirds and squirrels and they arrived today. I made one up and put it over the peas and the other will go over the brassicas, though the ones I've just planted out are under a fleece tunnel for now.
This tulip keeps coming back though its companions have vanished.
I didn't travel today (saving that for tomorrow) but did take advantage of being able to meet with 5 others to have n thenformal run round the parkrun course.
