Chiropractor today

In the afternoon I had my long awaited appointment at the chiropractor (Marcia) in Groningen. Finally!

Marcia knows me and my physical complaints. And although she hasn't treated me for almost a year, she immediately knew and saw what was going on.
She didn't even touch my legs very much. Instead she did some tricks in my neck, very high almost between my ears at the back of my head while I was laying flat on my stomach. I felt the pain go away. Weird. She amazes me every time again.

Another appointment in a month from now. She's convinced I will be much and much better in a few days already. She also warned me that tomorrow and maybe Saturday as well, things could get worse, but that's all part of the proces. Nothing to worry about.

I guess Toby was expecting a similar treatment from me when he was lying on his back next to me on the couch, waiting to be stroked. A totally relaxed beagle.
