Random

Tag Number 16 was set for us today, 16 weeks into 2021 - imagine! The suggestion was to create negative space using seeding. The rings have just been tacked on and will be removed when all the stitching is done and that should reveal plain circles. Seeding is supposed to be lots of tiny stitches all the same length and stitched randomly to fill the space. Random is not as easy as it sounds, nor am I very good at keeping stitches to the same length. However, it was a real joy to sit outside and stitch in the sunshine. It was very quiet, just birds singing, that was all. Bliss! 

I have realised that this is going to take a long time. I might be tempted to add couple more rings to use up some of the space!!
